Terms and Conditions

    When working with Studio Schmitt, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Full payment, or agreed-upon installment payments, must be made as specified at checkout. A deposit may be required before work begins, and all deposits are non-refundable. All outstanding balances must be paid within 90 days of the initial deposit purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Project timelines are dependent upon timely client communication, feedback, and the delivery of any necessary content or materials. The quoted project fee covers the agreed scope of work; any additional revisions, changes, or requests outside of that scope may be subject to additional charges.

    Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all final artwork before production, publication, or distribution, and Studio Schmitt is not liable for errors after final approval has been granted. Ownership of the final approved design transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, while all preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the property of Studio Schmitt.

    Unless otherwise agreed, Studio Schmitt reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, social media, and other promotional content. Project cancellations must be submitted via email or by phone, and clients may be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

    Liability for services provided is limited to the total amount paid for the project. By proceeding with a project, purchase, or service, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
